vice-president for Administration and Financial

The office of the vice-president for Administration and Financial Affairs consists of four main directorates.
This office carries out duties such as receiving and organizing written statements, requests then transfer them to the vice-president for Administration and Financial Affairs and also organizing appointments, visiting hours and meetings.
The office carries out other duties as:
1-Enacting Ministerial decrees (expenditure around 10,000,000 ID), forming a committee to give bonuses for the employees according to their specialization.
2-Generalizing and directing to all the university colleges and departments, and all the university directorates.
3-Directing and informing with written statements to all the university colleges and departments, and all the university directorates.
4-Answering all the written statements that have been sent by directorates, colleges and offices.And then directing them to the vice-president for Administration and Financial Affairs.
5-Providing employees with recommendations and letters of appreciation
7- Storing and archiving all the printings, seals and written statements

The office consists of four directorates:
1-Administration directorate: managing and supervising all the administrative affairs in the university.
2-Finance directorate: managing all the financial and accounting affairs in the university.
3-Personnel directorate: administering all the staff employees’ and teaches’ affairs.
4-Storehouse and supplies: Providing the university with all its equipment and necessities and then distributing them to the departments.
